Who can attend Life Instyle?
Life Instyle is a trade-only event for professionals in the retail industry — including store owners, buyers, interior designers, stylists, agents and media. Entry is free, but you’ll need to provide proof of business such as an ABN and/or a business card. The event is not open to the general public.
How do I register?
Registering online in advance is the easiest way to secure your spot and avoid queues. On-the-day registration is available too, but we always recommend signing up ahead of time via our website.
Do I need to register, even though I have been before?
Yes — registration is required for each event, even if you’ve attended in the past. This ensures your details are up to date and helps us manage attendance for a more enjoyable experience.
Does it cost to attend?
No — attending Life Instyle is free for verified trade professionals who meet the registration criteria.
Where is my ticket and do I need to print it?
Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation for your registration. Once you arrive at Life Instyle (or Reed Gift Fairs if that's your first stop), visit our Registration desk to have your ticket printed out for you, in the form of a lanyard with a printed badge. This lanyard will be your entry to both events for all four days of the event.
Can I attend the show more than once?
Absolutely. Your badge gives you unlimited access throughout all show days — just be sure to keep it with you.
Can I use my Life Instyle badge to attend Reed Gift Fairs as well?
Yes! Your Life Instyle badge also grants access to Reed Gift Fairs at MCEC. It also works the other way around - a Reed Gift Fairs badge also grants you entry to Life Instyle.
How do I receive a copy of the Lookbook?
Yes! A new digital Look Book is created for each Life Instyle event and will be available to view on our website once released. You’ll also receive a more compact printed Handbook when you arrive at the show — perfect for quick reference while exploring.
Will there somewhere for me to store my coat and luggage?
Yes — a cloakroom will be available for your convenience throughout the show.
Can I bring my children?
As a business-focused event, we encourage visitors to attend without children. If that’s not possible, please visit the Customer Service Desk on arrival to request a pram/children’s pass. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
