Closer to the event about 1 or 2 weeks out, your confirmation email and your badge will be re-sent to you as a reminder as well. 

Life Instyle is a business event, so we suggest where possible to avoid bringing your children with you. However, if this is not possible please visit the Life Instyle Customer Service desk on arrival for a pram/children's pass. 

 Life Instyle is free to attend for all registered visitors. To register please visit our website. Please note while it is free, Life Instyle is a retail trade event and is not open to the general public. Life Instyle is for people who work in the gift and retail industry only.

Unfortunately we do not offer free parking. ICC Sydney operates two 24 hour car parking stations, access the carpark from 14 Darling Drive, Sydney ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre Car Park (Car Park 1).  For more transport options it is best to visit ICC (Intenational Convention Centre) Sydney's website.

Scan your badge at each exhibitor's stand with their Lead Manager App, and at the end of the event you will receive a personalised list of the exhibitors that you have visited with a link to their website and information.

We promote the use of reusable cups and water bottles to reduce waste. There are water refill stations located at the show and you can receive a discount on hot beverages if using a reusable cup.

Additionally we have a waste sorting station located next to the restaurant to ensure streamlined and better waste disposal and recycling.

Yes, the ICC has free wifi for guests.

The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up locations include the new Iron Wharf Place and Zollner Circuit, both accessed via Darling Drive.

Two non-denominational prayer rooms are available for prayer, meditation and reflection. For those that require, a small number of prayer mats are provided in the rooms. The two prayer rooms can be found on Level 3 of Exhibition Centre, opposite meeting room E3.5

Complimentary hearing loops are available to guests from the ICC Customer Service Desk.

Whilst Life Instyle suggests where possible to avoid bringing your children with you, sometimes it is unavoidable. The closest fully equipped parenting room to Life Instyle is located on Level 2 of the Exhibition Centre, next to Hall 3 entry.
