New Covid-Safe Event Terms & Conditions
The health and safety of all our wonderful Life Instyle exhibitors, visitors and team remains our number one priority. We are taking all of the safeguards and precautionary measures to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable event.
Due to our Covid Safe event policy and Victorian Government regulations please make note of the below changes to our event access, terms & conditions;
1. Exhibitors must wear their unique name badge at all times and will be subject to ID checks where necessary. Your badge gives you access to Life Instyle (REB) and Reed Gift Fairs (MCEC) ONLY.
2. Guest Tickets will not be available for purchase at this event, allowing us to safely control visitor numbers and contact tracing where required.
3. To help us reduce congestion in thoroughfares and the elimination of cash and product handling we also advise that personal shopping will not be permitted at any time during the show. We ask for your support in refraining from selling product off your stand at any time during the operational days of the fair.
We recommend exhibitors check the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services website for the current public health advice in relation to locations where people who visited are required to self-isolate. If you have visited any of the locations noted please follow the direction of the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.

BEWARE OF SCAMS - BE VIGILANT
Exhibitors are targeted by companies claiming to be, or work with event organisers. They use our branding and may appear to be genuine. In the past this has included selling exhibitors directory listings, hotel bookings and visitor/attendee data.
Exhibitors need to be vigilant, read the small print, inform their teams about the risk of scams and check with their organiser if they receive anything they are not expecting or are unsure of.
Examples of such scam includes companies like Event Fair, FairGuide.com/Construct Data Verlag, Expo Guide (Mexico) and International Fairs Directory (Portugal) targeting exhibitors with their misleading directory services. Unsuspecting exhibitors who sign and return the form are then contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement, which could cost the exhibitor a significant amount of money.
